Arenui Boutique Liveaboard, one of Indonesia’s most iconic dive vessels, is on the lookout for Cruise Directors to join our dedicated team. We welcome applications from both individuals and couples (couples preferred), ready to embrace the adventure of a sea-based lifestyle.

Our liveaboard operates in some of the world’s most spectacular dive destinations: Raja Ampat, Komodo, Banda Sea, Alor, Forgotten Islands, Spice Islands, Triton Bay, Halmahera, Sulawesi, and Borneo—remote regions where luxury meets exploration.

We’re offering a long-term opportunity (2-year renewable contract) for passionate individuals eager to grow with us. You’ll receive thorough training from our senior Cruise Directors and work side-by-side with them to ensure seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and smooth coordination onboard.

What we’re looking for:

• A warm, charismatic personality with a natural flair for hospitality

• Proven leadership and teamwork skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and an uncompromising standard of service

• A deep love for the ocean, diving, and the liveaboard lifestyle

• Patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence

• Previous experience in Indonesia, hospitality, or dive operations is a strong plus
