Silver Sands is the leading company that provides dive, water sports and excursions in the Maldives, offering its services to 15 luxury resorts in the Maldives. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-disciplined team member with a positive attitude to join our Team.

BASE LEADER – ASSISTANT DIVE CENTER MANAGER

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated and experienced leader who will support the day-to-day operations of Silver Sands’ dive and water sports centers. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, driving revenue, and leading a diverse team in a dynamic marine environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily operations of the dive and water sports center, ensuring a high-quality guest experience
Assist in managing bookings, scheduling, and equipment maintenance
Supervise and train dive center staff, ensuring compliance with PADI safety regulations and company standards
Provide leadership in team coordination, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
Work closely with resort partners to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
Maintain records, operational reports, and all necessary documentation
Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

Certified PADI Dive Instructor with at least 6 years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, German) are an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Revenue and goal-driven, with a focus on growth and efficiency
Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company objectives
Experience working in multicultural environments with diverse nationalities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Highly organized with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
