Job Description for Office Helper & Snorkeling Guide Our candidate is a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Office Helper & Snorkeling Guide. The ideal candidate will be organized, enthusiastic about marine life, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment. 

Office Helper Duties – Daily Cleaning Tasks, Equipment Management: cleaning diving & snorkeling equipment, ensuring it is in excellent condition. Assisting team members: carrying diving gear, tanks & weights. Filling Diving Tanks. Preparing diving gear for all guests.

Operation and Monitoring – Operate and monitor the compressor room and auxiliary equipment, ensuring they function efficiently and safely. Reporting and Communication: Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management promptly.

Snorkeling Guide Duties – Tour Leadership: Lead snorkeling tours, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Equipment Management: Distribute and maintain snorkeling equipment, ensuring it is in excellent condition. Safety Protocols: Enforce safety guidelines, maintaining a high standard of care. Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming and informative environment for all customers. 

Reliability – Punctual timing, dependability, friendliness with guests, & commitment to maintaining high standards.
