Dive Resort Manager Job Desk:

Resort Operations & Guest Experience
• Manage day-to-day resort and dive center operations
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through personalized service
• Coordinate dive schedules, excursions, and resort activities
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally

Team Leadership & Management
• Train, and supervise dive masters, and resort staff
• Foster a positive, motivated, and professional work environment
• Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations

Safety & Compliance
• Ensure all diving activities comply with PADI and local regulations
• Maintain strict health, safety, and emergency protocols
• Oversee the maintenance of dive equipment, boats, and facilities

Business & Administration
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
• Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase bookings.
• Develop partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and local businesses
• Prepare management reports on operations and financial performance

Dive Activity:

• Teaching new Student for PADI Course (Guest/Staff)
• Dive guiding
• Whale Watching Guide•⁠ ⁠Fullboard accommodation (own house with AC,Water heater,Wifi,Android TV,Kitchen etc)
  •⁠ ⁠⁠Basic Salary
  •⁠ ⁠⁠3x meals/day
  •⁠ ⁠⁠4-6 days off/month (flexible)
  •⁠ ⁠⁠Working visa
  •⁠ ⁠⁠2 ticket trips/year to nearest international hub airport: Bali-Alor-Bali
  •⁠ ⁠⁠2.5% – 5% Sales commision for the customer deal that you can get your own
