Roatan Divers is an award-winning dive operator based in West End, Roatan, Honduras. As a boutique operation, we cater to small groups and focus on personal attention, comfort, safety and environmental responsibility. We have our own docks for easy boarding, four custom designed dive boats and keep our groups and service very personal. 

With a passionate team of expert instructors and experienced captains, and direct access to some of the Caribbean’s best dive sites, we offer first-class scuba courses and unforgettable dive excursions into an underwater world that will truly take your breath away.

We are looking for a social media specialist to start in October 2025:

✅ CONTENT CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute content strategy (social, blog, web)
• Create and publish engaging social media content: 5x posts/week, 2x stories/day
• Capture and edit photos & videos (above and underwater)
• Write 1 blog/month & update website content
• Manage comments, messages, and community engagement
• Track performance (social metrics, website traffic, SEO)

✅ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years in content creation / social media
• Strong skills in video, photo, and graphic design (Canva, editing tools)
• Excellent English writing & communication; Spanish is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• PADI Divemaster/Instructor is a big plus!

✅ Tools You’ll Use:

• Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube)
• Content Planning (Trello
• Canva (or other graphic design tools)
• Video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve or more accessible ones)
• Photo editing tools (Lightroom / Photoshop)
• Website CMS (Squarespace)
• SEO tools / insight dashboards (Google Analytics, perhaps Search Console or others)
