Tortuga Divers, a 5 Star Gold Palm Resort, by Red Sail Sports, is located on property at Morritt’s Tortuga Club and Resort in beautiful East End of Grand Cayman.

We are looking to expand the team and hire a Dive Shop Attendant/Sales Associate for full-time (45 Hrs. per week) year-round employment, starting as soon as possible. The position is land based and would suit either a PADI Divemaster or certified diver wanting to work toward their DM certification.

We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter who loves guest interaction and going above and beyond for them. Duties would include but not limited to:

• making guest bookings for all Tortuga/RSS Departments (Diving, Catamarans, Beach Watersports and Retail Sales).
• Creating guest itineraries whilst upselling and cross-selling tours.
• Phone and email communication to guests
• Dive Course Bookings and Enquiries

This is a customer service-oriented position, so you must have great customer service experience, a positive attitude and enjoy providing high-end customer experience. The role can also be demanding at times so you must work well in high pressure situations on occasion.

Applicants are required to have a clean driving license and clear medical and criminal records. Cash handling, with retail, hospitality and POS experience is a must. Must be energetic, be of smart appearance, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Must also be computer literate.

The job will include working public holidays and weekends with a competitive salary depending on experience.
