Join Our Team. Boat Captain Position in Sint Maarten

SXM Divers is hiring a Boat Captain to join our team as soon as possible.

We are a small conservation-focused dive center in beautiful Sint Maarten. We offer private and small group diving experiences for high-end clients. Our team is passionate about marine life and committed to providing safe and personalized dives that showcase the island’s underwater world.

The role includes captaining our dive boat to and from dive sites, assisting divers in and out of the water, supporting clients with equipment, and keeping the boat in excellent condition through daily washing and basic maintenance checks. You will also have the opportunity to participate in shark research activities such as camera drops, tagging, and other fieldwork.

Our dive boat Perezi is a twenty-eight-foot RIB with twin Yamaha one hundred fifty engines. It is customized for diving and ideal for up to six guests plus staff.

Requirements

Must speak English. Other languages are an advantage.

Ideally, hold a United States or Dutch passport for ease of work permit processing.
