We are currently seeking certified PADI Instructors to join our established dive operations in the Dominican Republic. This role combines sales, instruction, and certification, offering strong earning potential and the opportunity to live and work in top Caribbean resort destinations.

Position Overview

As a PADI Instructor, you will:

• Promote and sell scuba diving experiences at hotel pools and resort sales counters

• Conduct Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) programs

• Teach and certify Open Water and continuing education courses

• Certify the same clients you sell, maximizing your commissions

• Deliver safe, professional, and memorable dive experiences

Requirements

• Active PADI Instructor certification (in good standing)

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Comfortable working in resort and hotel environments

• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset

• Spanish is a plus but not required
