We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Dive Center Admin to join our team. The ideal person should be outgoing, trustworthy, knowlegable about marine life, and willing to fill in for snorkeling guide occasionally. Diving knowlege a big plus! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests – greeting in our retail shop, renting and cleaning snorkel gear, answering calls and emails, booking excursions, rentals, sales and general inquiries. Whether its welcoming retail walk-ins, recommending the right mask, or selling snorkeling/diving experiences, you’ll be a key part of our diver center’s daily operations.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, reservation software,..)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Some knowledge of ocean/marine life, snorkeling, and diving a plus!
• Become a member of the consorium, pass an initial drug test and then subject to random drug tests.

Paid weekly based on hours plus incentive pay (weekly and quarterly)

12-month commitment May 2026 – April 2026 – starting date negotiable, longer stay always a plus!
