Busy CDC looking for someone who can run our social media.

It will also include shooting videos of customers and possibly teaching/guiding.

What you’ll actually be doing

Social media (main focus):

•Managing our Instagram / Facebook with daily posts. Also YouTube, Tik Tok etc.

• Filming and editing reels, short videos, and photos

•Capturing real moments: courses, fun dives, shark dives, daily life

•Writing captions that feel natural and not overly polished

•Keeping content consistent and on-brand

•Coming up with ideas, not just posting what you’re told. This is a position with minimal guidance once you are settled in.

Content with students and fun divers:

•Filming students and fun divers during their courses and dives

•Putting together simple, clean videos they’ll actually want to keep/share

•Capturing progress moments (first skills, first sharks, certifications, etc.)

•Encourgeing csutomers to share their ow videos on their socials

Diving side:

•Teaching PADI courses and guiding  if there is time/need (this is negotiable if it is not of interest)

•Being part of the team, not separate from it

What we need from you

•PADI Instructor or DM (preferably)

•You’re comfortable filming above and underwater

•You’re comfortable talkign to and sellig to customers, and encouraging them to share to socials

•You can edit your own content (phone is fine if you’re good)

•You have a good eye for what works on social

•You’re organised enough to keep things moving without being chased

•You’re happy being around guests all day (this isn’t a behind-the-scenes-only role)

•To see your previous work/personal accounts (if private, temporary access or screenshots will work)

•You understand reels / short-form content that actually gets engagement

•You have your own basic camera setup

•Still wants to dive and teach, not just film

•Likes being busy and involved in everything going on

•Can take initiative without needing constant direction – you need to know what you are doing already.

•Loves being around divers and can talk all day about diving
