Go West Diving is a 5 star PADI Dive Center seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to take on a multifaceted role. Overall responsibility is to ensure that the Dive Center maintains its reliability, reputation, safety record, credibility & profitability, and to steer the company forward. It’s a great opportunity for a person who likes the challenge of responsibility, leadership, quality diving and implementing high standards and strong bonds among the team.

• You have successfully managed a dive shop for a minimum of 2 years.
• You have strong leadership qualities, problem solving skills and are stress resistant.
• You are able to multitask and lead a small to medium size team consisting of foreign and local dive   and non-diving staff.
• You don’t have an 8 to 5 mentality and understand that flexibility is required to complete tasks and have operations running smoothly.
• You have experience in efficient staff scheduling.
• You have basic knowledge and experience in boat safety & maintenance.
• You speak and write in excellent English and preferably speak a second language i.e., German or Spanish.
• You have excellent customer relation skills and focus on quality maintenance of standards of our in-house staff.
• You know how to work with and monitor a POS system (Diveshop 360) and booking software.
• You have a broad knowledge of all PADI standards.
• You are open and available to stay long term.
