Go West Diving in Westpunt, Curaçao is hiring!

Located at Playa Kalki, one of the island’s most beautiful and renowned dive locations, Go West Diving is a full-service PADI dive center offering diving, courses, and unforgettable ocean experiences in an international setting.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dive Shop Team Member to join our team long-term.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position combining customer service, administration, and sales. You will be one of the faces of our dive shop, helping guests plan their diving experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

* Fluent in English (required)
* Additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish, or German are a strong plus
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Open, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
* A certified diver or willing to become an Open Water Diver
* Interest in learning and developing sales skills
* Responsible, reliable, and proactive
* Looking for a long-term position with growth opportunities
* Excited to work in an international team environment

Open Water Certification (Important)

If you are not yet a certified diver, we’ve got you covered.

* You will have the opportunity to complete your Open Water Diver certification free of charge
* This certification is fully sponsored by Go West Diving after successfully completing your trial period
