Dive Centre Manly is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Dive Centre Manager to join our leadership team.

Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we are a leading PADI Dive Centre offering diver training, guided diving, dive travel, equipment servicing and retail sales. Starting in October 2026, this full-time position has been created to support our busy summer season and continued growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the day-to-day operation of the dive centre, customer enquiries, bookings, retail sales and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily operation of the dive centre
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Retail and equipment rental sales
• Inventory organisation and presentation
• Supporting marketing and social media initiatives
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence

Essential

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a PADI Dive Professional within a commercial dive operation
• Previous experience working in a busy retail environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Full and current driver’s licence
• Current Australian working rights

Highly Desirable

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor or higher certification
• Previous dive centre management experience
• Experience using Rezdy or similar reservation systems
• Experience creating social media content and marketing campaigns
