Job Description

Location: Pemba Island, Zanzibar, Tanzania
Start Date: Mid-August to Early September 2026

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic couple to join our team and help manage our dive center and hotel on the beautiful island of Pemba, Zanzibar.

This position is ideal for a couple who enjoy hospitality, diving, guest relations, and island living. Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a remote location and be able to work independently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel management, tourism, guest services, or dive center operations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to live and work in a remote island environment.
  • Dive industry experience and certifications are an advantage.
