Experienced Dive Centre Manager(s)

Ko Lipe Diving School, one of Southern Thailand’s leading PADI 5-Star IDC and TecRec Dive Centres, is seeking an experienced and motivated Dive Centre Manager to join our team on a long-term basis (couple accepted).

This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established, high-volume dive operation in one of Thailand’s most beautiful island destinations.

About the Role

As Dive Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the dive centre, coordinate staff and schedules, maintain exceptional customer service standards, and ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the business.

This is a professional management position requiring strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to long-term success.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams of 20+ staff
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience with operations management, scheduling, and customer service
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and long-term commitment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in dive centre management
• PADI Instructor (or equivalent certification)
• Additional language skills are highly valued
• Experience living and working in remote or island locations
• Strong understanding of dive industry operations

Important Information

Please note that this is not a working holiday position.

Our operation runs daily from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM, requiring effective team leadership, shift management, and operational oversight.
