Job Responsibilities

* Operate dive boats safely and professionally
* Assist guests boarding and disembarking
* Prepare boats before departure
* Perform daily boat inspections
* Monitor engines and basic maintenance
* Keep the boat clean and organized
* Fuel management
* Assist dive staff with equipment loading
* Follow company SOPs and safety procedures
* Support emergency response when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

* Boat Captain License (preferred)
* Experience operating boats in coastal waters
* Dive boat experience is highly preferred
* Basic marine engine maintenance knowledge
* Positive attitude
* Team player
* Responsible and punctual
* Able to communicate in basic English
