Ocean Group Maldives is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and professional Guest Relations Officer (Chinese Speaking) to join our team in the Maldives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar guest relations or hospitality role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), with strong communication skills.
- Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.
- Positive, friendly, and proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
Remuneration & Benefits
