We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Dive Center Admin to join our team. The ideal person should be outgoing, trustworthy, knowlegable about marine life and diving, and willing to fill in for snorkeling guide occasionally. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests – greeting in our retail shop, renting and cleaning snorkel gear, answering calls and emails, booking excursions, rentals, sales and general inquiries. This person needs an attention to detail and will be scheduling guests within standards and USCG limitations and requirements.

Whether its welcoming retail walk-ins, suggesting the right mask, or selling snorkeling/diving experiences, you’ll be a key part of our diver center’s daily operations.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, reservation software,..)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Some knowledge of ocean/marine life, snorkeling, and diving a plus!
• Become a member of the consortium, pass an initial drug test and then subject to random drug tests.

Paid weekly based on hours, usually 31 – 35 hours. Plus tips when on boat, and incentive pay.

12-month commitment Aug 2026 – Aug 2027 – starting date negotiable, longer stay always a plus!
