We’re looking for a Cruise Director to join Naga Biru and help us deliver an exceptional experience to our guests while coordinating day-to-day life onboard.
For us, this role is first and foremost about people. We need someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of guests, communicates naturally, brings positive energy onboard and knows how to make people feel welcome.
You should also be well organised, proactive and attentive to detail — someone who notices what’s happening with the guests, crew and boat and takes action when something needs attention.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent hospitality, communication and people skills
- OWSI & Nitrox Instructor
- Fluent English
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable solving problems
- Able to lead and work closely with an experienced Indonesian crew
- Comfortable with the rhythm of liveaboard life, including back-to-back trips
Bonus points for
- Previous liveaboard experience (big plus if in Indonesia)
- Additional languages (big plus if Bahasa Indonesia)
- Photography and videography
- Social media and content creation skills
- Good general knowledge of boats and liveaboard operations
