The Vision is looking for a motivated, creative Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our luxury liveaboard experiences and develop new business opportunities.

Our 95-foot yacht welcomes up to 12 guests for diving, snorkelling, and private charter trips in Musandam.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with dive centres, travel agencies, and tourism partners.
• Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Generate qualified leads and pass them to the reservations team.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging posts, stories, and promotional content.
• Plan and run digital advertising campaigns, newsletters, and special promotions.
• Create brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate photo and video content showcasing the yacht and guest experiences.
• Represent The Vision at relevant exhibitions, networking events, and partner meetings.
• Monitor market trends and report on campaign performance and business development results.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tourism, hospitality, diving, or liveaboards.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in social media management, digital advertising, and content creation.
• Ability to create promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Organised, creative, proactive, and focused on results.
• An interest in diving and marine tourism; industry knowledge is an advantage.
