🚨 PADI DIVEMASTER INTERNSHIP – SUMMER 2027! 🚨

Ready to turn your passion into a profession and become a PADI Divemaster? 🌊🤿

UP Salento Diving is offering a Divemaster Internship position for the 2027 Summer Season (June 1st – September 30th) in Santa Cesarea Terme, Salento (Puglia, South Italy)!

We are a busy, high-energy boutique diving center. Our internship program is designed to give you real hands-on experience in daily diving operations, guiding certified divers, assisting with PADI courses, boat logistics, and guest relations.

👉 What we are looking for:

  • 🏅 Prerequisites: Minimum PADI Advanced

  • 🗣️ Languages: Good English is required. Italian is a plus!

  • ⚙️ Attitude: High motivation, reliability, strong work ethic, team spirit, and a hands-on approach.

👉 What we offer:

  • 📚 Hands-on training to complete your PADI Divemaster certification.

  • 🛥️ Practical experience in guided dives, snorkeling tours, and boat operations along our sulfur caves and coastline.

  • ☀️ A friendly, professional, and exciting work environment for the full summer season (June 1st to Sept 30th, 2027).
