Adventures and Experiences Manager
Private Island Resort, The Bahamas

A luxury private island resort is seeking an experienced, energetic and adaptable professional to lead its marine adventure and experiences operations.

The role includes organizing and delivering boating, snorkeling, diving, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and private excursions; maintaining boats and recreational equipment; assisting visiting vessels and homeowners; and providing exceptional, safe and personalized guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, practical and comfortable working flexible hours as part of a small island team. A Captain’s License, PADI Instructor qualification, fishing knowledge and experience maintaining outboard boats would be highly advantageous. An interest in marine conservation is also important.

We welcome applications from established couples. One partner would take the primary marine role, while the other may be considered for a position in food and beverage, dining, housekeeping or property management.

The package includes accommodation, a travel allowance, meal allowance, salary and commission on paid activities, and a work permit where required.
