Coraya Divers is looking for passionate, organized, and driven Base Leaders to join our professional team in the stunning Red Sea. If you have a knack for management and a heart for the ocean, we want to hear from you.

The Role
As a Base Leader, you won’t be just managing a dive center; you’ll be steering the guest experience. You will oversee daily operations, lead a multicultural team, and ensure the high standards of safety and service that Coraya Divers is known for.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a management/leadership role (preferably within the diving or hospitality industry).
Commitment: We are looking for a long-term partnership with a minimum 3-year commitment.
Languages: English and Native German are mandatory. Additional languages (Dutch, Italian, or French) are a significant plus.
Certification: Minimum PADI OWSI in active teaching status (or a willingness to cross over from another agency).
Dynamics: We are a family-oriented operation—couples are highly encouraged to apply!
