Job Description

GERMAN-SPEAKING, EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT COUPLE:
DIVE CENTRE & GUEST RELATIONS MANAGERS FOR PAPUA EXPLORERS – RAJA AMPAT

Papua Explorers is an award-winning boutique resort in Raja Ampat, renowned for exceptional guest service and a well-managed, conservation-minded operation. We are seeking a professional, dynamic management couple to train and work alongside our Director. You will learn all aspects of front office, dive, and snorkel operations.

Requirements:

University degree

At least one German speaker; a grasp of French and Indonesian is a strong plus

Previous work experience in Indonesia (hospitality, tourism, or dive industry) is a strong advantage

At least one PADI OWSI

Willingness to live and work in a remote environment

Excellent people skills and customer service abilities

Strong cultural awareness and the ability to communicate equally well with local staff and international guests

Ability to deliver high standards of personalised service with safety in mind

Social media skills

We offer:

Competitive salary based on experience
