Emperor Divers has been delivering exceptional dive experiences for over 30 years, across liveaboards, dive centres, and scuba courses in some of the world’s best dive destinations — Egypt, the Maldives, Indonesia, and the Solomon Islands.

Our Nusa Lembongan operation sits at the heart of the Indonesian diving circuit: a small island off the southeast coast of Bali, known for its manta rays, rich reef systems, and one of the most celebrated dive sites in the region — the Nusa Penida channel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced dive professional ready to take full ownership of our operation on Nusa Lembongan — one of Indonesia’s most iconic dive destinations.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll lead the team, dive operations, guest experience, finance, and shape the next chapter of Emperor Divers on Lembongan — backed by more than 30 years of global dive expertise.

What we’re looking for:
✔ PADI Instructor (MSDT preferred)
✔ Proven dive centre management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of equipment, compressors, and boat logistics
✔ Confident leading multicultural teams
✔ Ready to commit to island life long-term
