Job Description

Dive Butler Maldives operates 6 dive centers between Baa Atoll, Raa Atoll, Noonu Atoll, and North Male Atoll. We are a multi-culture, dynamic team thriving to provide a positive impact on the world around us, its individuals, and the environment while delivering life-enriching experiences to our guests.

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Dive Center Manager, MSDT to join our team.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT)
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience at 5 star resort in the Maldives
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to guest experience
