We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking person to join our team. This is primarily a “dry position” so would suit someone who has had previous dive center sales and reservations experience and is looking to further those skills.

Whilst primarily this is a dry position, we would also prefer someone who is able to jump in the water when required; whether that is for a PADI DSD, teaching part of a PADI course or leading guided dives due to staff sickness, vacation or just to keep up your skills and have some fun!

Requirements

• Dutch or American Passport; or permit to live and work in Curacao
• Renewed, Insured PADI Instructor
• Minimum commitment of 1 years, with the option of staying longer

Duties to include

• First point of contact to customers entering Dive Centre
• Responsible for Bookings and Reservations including delegation to other team members where applicable.
• Back up PADI Instructor
• Sales and Marketing of PADI Courses, Fun Dives and our Retail store
• Assist in stock management of the retail store
• Lead on Social Media promotion in conjunction with Team. Platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok
• General daily duties as needed to ensure smooth running of the Dive Centre
