Job Description

We are a busy PADI 5 star dive center on the amazing island of Grand Cayman. We are looking to bring on a new boat captain. Unfortunately due to immigration laws one of our Captains is having to leave after 9 years! As such we are looking to hire a new Captain.

Ideal start date would be from now to October 20th, 2026. Here is what we are looking for :

– PADI dive instructor with experience in the resort environment

– English as your first language.

– Must hold a license to drive a boat

– Experience driving single screw inboard diesel boat. Our boats are Newton 36ft dive boats

– A genuine passion for diving and customer service

– Full dive equipment

– Must hold a valid car driving license

We offer :

– 5 day work week

– Starting salary $2300.00 KYD / $2800.00 USD monthly

– Tips from guests

– Additional pay for night dives

– Two weeks vacation

– PADI liability insurnace

This position is best suited to someone from 25 to 39 years old as it’s a physically demanding role.  This is a position for one person, we do not currently have openings for a couple.
