PADI 5* INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT DIVE RESORT

Epic Ocean Adventures is a PADI 5* ​IDC Dive Resort located in Trincomalee, east coast of Sri Lanka, which has been operating locally for 9 years. We are a medium sized, family run operation and recently moved into a new place. We are the only local ​certified​ PADI5* ​IDC Dive Resort in Trincomalee.

Location:
We dive in Dutch Bay of Trincomalee. This place offers some of the best diving spots in the entire Sri Lanka. The crystal-clear waters, good visibility, 29 degrees of water. Rock formations, caves, swim through, temple debris, underwater museum, shipwrecks and marine life makes this place the top voted diving destination for this part of the world.

Candidate requirements:

If you are a friendly, helpful and service oriented personality who is looking for serious, high-quality training and diving in small groups whilst willing to improve and learn about the diving industry, join our team!

– 21 – 40 years old

– Available for a min ​3-4 month period

– PADI Rescue Diver or PADI Master Scuba Diver (or equivalent)

– Responsible, self-contained and serious about diving

– Prepared for long days during high season and have a more flexible schedule in low season.

– Excellent swimming skills

– Fluent in English + one additional language (Spanish/German​/Russian/Dutch)

– Enjoy socializing with clients

– Adept at social media

– Have a health medical statement (not exceeding 6 months)

– Well presented, honest & polite

*Non-smokers are preferable

Responsibilities:

– Assist certified instructors with dive courses (guiding dives, briefings, etc.).

– Assist with customer service (bookings etc.).

– Maintain and prepare dive gear.

– Assist with dive center operations (marketing, social media, etc.).

– Assist with Introduction dives, certified divers

Period:
We are looking for a candidate to join our team from ​M​arch 2026 until October 202​6
