The Gozo Azul Pro Pathway is a premium career development experience designed to take you from

certified diver — or even complete beginner — to confident, employable dive professional.This is not a fast-track course. It is a structured, mentorship-driven journey built inside real dive-center

operations, in an ocean environment that develops awareness, adaptability, and leadership.

THE PROFESSIONAL PATHWAY

START FROM ZERO (OPTIONAL)

Begin with no diving experience and progress through:

• PADI Open Water Diver

• PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

• PADI Emergency First Response (CPR & First Aid)

• PADI Rescue Diver

Build comfort, confidence, and a strong safety mindset before entering professional training.

DIVEMASTER PRO INTERNSHIP (8–12 WEEKS)

The foundation of your professional development.

• Demonstration-quality skills and buoyancy

• Dive briefings, guiding, and supervision

• Assisting instructors during training courses

• Dive-center operations and safety culture

• Real responsibility inside daily operationsThis phase transforms you from capable diver to confident dive leader.

CAREER PATHWAY (FLAGSHIP OPTION)

For those serious about working in the industry.

Includes:

• PADI Divemaster Internship

• Specialty stack: Shark AWARE, Fish ID, Underwater Naturalist, Nitrox, Deep + marine-life research
