Explorer Ventures (TCI) Ltd is a scuba liveaboard diving company operating out of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.  The company requires an experienced chef who will be responsible for the overall food preparation for the passengers and crew aboard the vessel.  Duties include, but are not limited to, ordering, purchasing, storing, and preparation of meals and snacks, as well as the maintenance of food and galley store inventory at levels to prevent the waste of stores and money.  The Chef is responsible for the cleanliness of the galley and adjoining areas and adherence to high standards of food hygiene.  The Chef is responsible for strict adherence to the provisioning budget, and analysis and reporting of such compliance. Chef must be able to participate in safety drills and pass a maritime medical/drug test. Must speak/write English fluently, have excellent customer contact skills, be able to accommodate special dietary requests, and must live onboard the vessel, with one day shore leave each week. STCW Required!  Previous liveaboard experience preferred.
