For a limited time, Aussie Divers Phuket is offering motivated divers the opportunity to join our Professional Development Scholarship Program. Successful applicants who commit to enrolling in our PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) will receive their PADI Divemaster training at no additional training cost (excluding PADI fees, learning materials, certification fees, and associated expenses).

Aussie Divers Phuket is a multi-award-winning PADI 5 Star Career Development Centre (CDC) and was recently recognised as Best Dive Centre (Asia). Having trained divers from more than 130 countries, we are passionate about developing the next generation of dive professionals.

Whether your goal is to work in Phuket, travel the world as a dive professional, or become a PADI Instructor, this program provides an affordable pathway into the professional side of the diving industry.

What’s Included?

Successful applicants will receive:

• Full PADI Divemaster training
• Leadership development and practical workshops
• Dive theory revision and professional-level knowledge development
• Instructor preparation and mentoring

• Guidance from experienced PADI Instructor Development staff

Candidate Costs

The following remain the responsibility of the candidate:

• PADI Divemaster application fees
• PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) fees
• PADI Instructor Examination (IE) and Instructor application fees
• PADI learning materials and crew packs
• Personal dive equipment
• Boat fees, National Park fees, accommodation, and personal expenses
• Applicable PADI membership fees

Application Process

This opportunity is available through a limited scholarship program and is not offered through automatic enrolment.

Successful applicants accepted into the program will receive their Divemaster training at no additional training cost. In return, candidates must commit to enrolling in and paying for the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) with Aussie Divers Phuket.

Applicants should submit:

• Cover letter outlining career goals and reasons for becoming a dive professional
• Current CV or resume
• Dive history and logged dives
• Copies of diving certifications
• Professional or character references (where available)

Applications are reviewed by the Aussie Divers Phuket management and instructional team.
