Start ASAP with this dream job!  Coconut Beach Resort is a small boutique island resort located in the picturesque turquoise waters of the Yasawa Group of Islands in Fiji.  The resort has 11 guest bures/villas and approximately 35 members of staff www.coconutbeachfiji.com

We are seeking an experienced management couple with the necessary passion and commitment to help continue to drive the present success and excellent reputation the resort enjoys.  Ideally, both will be qualified dive instructors with the ability to maintain dive equipment, and both will also have extensive experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a remote island resort.

We need a management couple with a strong commitment to live on a small remote island with the ability to provide exceptional personal guest service. You will have strong leadership skills whilst working in a hands-on role, setting constant examples and mentoring our close-knit team of local employees.

We need someone who understands aspects of construction, maintenance and repair, and the ability to troubleshoot or oversee plant, equipment and operational requirements.  The remote location of the resort means that forward planning, advanced problem solving and a keen eye on day-to-day operations are essential skills and a prerequisite.

Applicants must be fluent English and have at least 5 years management experience in a similar role running a minimum 4-star hotel or higher, or a remote island resort or lodge in an isolated location.

Candidates with the following skills or experience will be highly regarded – managing properties with their own generator power supply and water treatment plants, managing and overseeing the service of boats, excellent dive instruction and marine conservation credentials.

Contract is 3 years, private accommodation, all meals and boat transfers to and from mainland Fiji will be provided.  Attractive remuneration package will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.
