Manager of Agent Relations, Lotus Liveaboards Indonesia

We operate Blue Lotus, a new comfort-driven traditional phinisi liveaboard, sailing the waters of Komodo National Park. Brought to you by Azul Komodo, we are a PADI 5 Star IDC and Eco Centre delivering premium, safe scuba diving experiences to guests worldwide. We’re looking for someone to build and nurture relationships with dive travel agents worldwide ensuring they have what they need to sell our charters confidently and that their guests have a seamless experience from booking to disembarkation.

What You’ll Do

Agent Partnerships

• Identify and recruit new travel agent partners in key markets
• Train agents on our vessel, itineraries, and what makes sailing with us distinctive
• Provide current marketing materials, imagery, and destination information
• Serve as their primary point of contact—responsive, reliable, and easy to work with

Sales Development

• Develop and manage commission structures and payment schedules
• Create promotional offers and incentive programs to drive bookings
• Track agent performance and identify growth opportunities
• Set and monitor sales targets in collaboration with ownership

Communication & Coordination

• Keep agents informed of availability, itinerary changes, seasonal highlights, and vessel updates
• Liaise with our reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth guest logistics
• Resolve booking issues and guest concerns promptly
• Gather agent feedback to improve our offerings and processes

What You Bring

• Proficiency in English, both oral and written
• Experience in dive travel sales, reservations, or operations
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfort working across time zones with international partners
• An organised approach to managing multiple agent relationships simultaneously
• Familiarity with the liveaboard market and what agents need to sell effectively
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic

Nice to Have

• Experience with the InSeanq booking platform (strong preference given to candidates with prior experience using this platform)
• Existing relationships with dive travel agents
• Experience with Komodo or Indonesian dive tourism
• Understanding of the luxury or expedition travel segment
• Certified Scuba Diver with familiarity of PADI standards

Location Remote, Full Time, Salary Commensurate with Experience. This is a dry position.
