We are looking for a qualified and professional Marine mechanic, Diesel and outboard, with marine electrical experience to complete our team, ideally with immediate availability,

The position includes:

• Inspect, maintain and repair boats and boat engines (inboard diesel, outboard and stern drive) and related marine mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues using analogic and digital diagnostic tools.
• Install, service and maintain propulsion systems, including propellers, gearboxes and drive shafts.
• Perform routine maintenance and services (oil and filter changes, lubrication, routine consumables replacement etc.).
• Install, service and maintain marine electronics and navigational equipment.
• Conduct hull and structural inspections to identify damage or wear.
• Repair and replace fuel systems, cooling systems and exhaust systems.
• Ensure that all repairs comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records for all vessels and systems.
• Advise on repair needs, costs, and maintenance and service schedules.
• Test boats in the water to confirm they are in proper working order after repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop and manage all tools and equipment provided by the company.

The candidate must:

• Have at least 5 years of boat handling experience and be in possess of a Captain license.
• Have clean police record.
• Be able to provide three references from previous employees.
• Be able to communicate in fluent English.

Possessing a Scuba Diving certification will be seen favorably.
