Job Description
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities that promote the liveaboard brand and attract high-quality leads. The role focuses on digital marketing, brand visibility, content creation, and effective communication that reflects the unique experience of diving aboard a premium liveaboard in Musandam or similar destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the liveaboard’s brand identity.

Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms and printed materials.

Conduct market research on diving trends, customer preferences, and competitors.

Support the development of seasonal offers and marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing

Manage and grow the liveaboard’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).

Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional visuals.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive targeted leads.

Maintain and update the website, optimizing for SEO, keywords, and user experience.

Manage online listings on dive-related platforms such as PADI Travel, LiveAboard.com, and Divebooker.

Track digital performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Creation

Design marketing materials: posters, brochures, digital ads, newsletters, and trip announcements.

Work with photographers, videographers, and onboard teams to collect fresh media content.

Maintain an organized media library of images, videos, and testimonials.

Develop storytelling content highlighting the diving experience, marine life, and liveaboard features.
Email & CRM Marketing

Prepare monthly newsletters, promotional emails, and automated marketing flows.

Segment mailing lists to target divers, partners, and previous guests.

Use CRM tools to track leads and measure campaign effectiveness.

Develop follow-up email sequences for leads generated from campaigns.
Partnership & Community Marketing

Support collaborations with influencers, underwater photographers, diving clubs, and travel pages.

Assist in preparing media kits, partnership proposals, and brand presentations.

Coordinate marketing efforts for dive expos, tourism events, and promotional activities.

Build community engagement with divers through online groups, forums, and local networks.
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, website traffic, CPL (cost per lead), and conversion trends.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports outlining performance and improvement suggestions.

Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for growth.
