Position: Adventure Concierge (with Dive Experience)

Location: South Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands

Details: This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in wellness, hospitality, and diving. Responsibilities include greeting and booking guests on a variety of boating adventures and nature tours, answering gest questions regarding adventures and offerings. The ideal candidate will be a certified diver with knowledge of dive courses, gear, and a passion for the ocean.

From time to time, this role may be required to guide a tour so experience coordinating safety and logistics for groups of people is required. Ensuring that bookings and retail items are charged appropriately in various management systems and inventory is tracked. Interest in fitness activities including but not limited to snorkeling, hiking, biking, kayak and paddleboarding, snorkeling, nature walks, and community functions is a plus. Demonstrate strong leadership, desire to share knowledge, and proficient in Microsoft Suite, Marriott systems (MGS, GXP, Opera, Symphony), and Book4Time or similar. Knowledge of the local environments, flexibility with shifts (including weekends and holidays), willingness to commit to a 1 year contract and reside on South Caicos.

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for the Adventure by Salterra team- to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
