Kefi Divers is looking for motivated, enthusiastic divers to join our Professional Diving Internship this summer on the stunning island of Crete. This is more than just a course — it’s a full immersion into life as a working dive professional.

As an up-and-coming PADI 5 Star IDC Centre, we focus on developing the next generation of divers in a supportive, hands-on environment.

This internship takes you to PADI Divemaster level, with Instructor training available afterwards at a discounted rate.

THE EXPERIENCE

You’ll work alongside our team 5 days per week (min. 3 months), becoming a real part of the dive centre.

You’ll assist instructors, guide certified divers, prepare equipment, interact with customers, give briefings, and support daily operations — building the skills and confidence needed to work in the diving industry.

With 2 days off per week, you’ll also have time to explore Crete’s beaches, food, and island life.

WHO THIS IS FOR

• PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
• 18+
• Confident in English
• Positive, reliable, safety-focused
• Available for at least 3 months
