Reservation & Marketing Agent.
We are seeking a motivated , organized and committed member to join our team.

Key Responsibility:

• Manage reservations and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Update the tracking system with all completed bookings
• Manage the calendar schedule for online-booking.
• Update website information and create events when required
• Reply to the online reviews.

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time remote work is acceptable for candidates with previous experience working in a dive center and a solid understanding of dive center operations.
• Candidates without prior dive center experience are required, for the first three months, to have at least a half-day physical presence at the Dominican Republic dive center.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Confident user of computer, office 360 and AI tools.
• Minimum certification: Open Water Diver
• Candidate must demonstrate full professional commitment to the role and must not engage in side work or collaborations with competing or similar businesses, in order to avoid any conflict of interest

Compensation:

• Fixed salary with fair commissions based on total monthly revenue
