Job Description
Coral Creek Diving Centre, where adventure meets expertise! Our centre is renowned for its team of professional instructors who speak a variety of languages, including Arabic, English, Russian, and Indian. This diverse linguistic capability ensures that we can cater to a wide range of international divers and provide personalized instruction.
- Core Skills: multilingual communication, product knowledge, safety-first selling, relationship building, upselling and cross-selling, objection handling, CRM discipline
Key Traits
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Russian (native-level preferred); English is a plus for international guests
- Customer Focus: Calm, friendly, patient; culturally aware and respectful
- Diving Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of snorkeling, scuba equipment, certification levels, safety procedures
- Sales Skills: Needs assessment, solution selling, clear value articulation, follow-up discipline.
- Compliance & Safety: Familiar with local diving regulations, waivers, and safety briefings
