We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dream team in September 2025!

At Roatan Divers, we’re more than just an award-winning dive operator based in West End, Roatan, we’re a close-knit crew passionate about the ocean and creating unforgettable underwater experiences. As a boutique operation, we focus on small groups, personalized service, and the highest standards in comfort, safety, and environmental responsibility.

With our private docks, four custom-designed dive boats, a prime location on the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, and an amazing team of professional instructors and captains, we offer world-class diving in one of the Caribbean’s most stunning underwater playgrounds. 🐠🌴

🔹 Position: Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Start Date: September 2025

You’ll be the first smile our guests see and the go-to person for all things bookings and guest communication. If you’re a natural at sales, organization, and ocean-loving hospitality—this could be the perfect role for you!

Your Role Will Include:

  • Welcoming guests and handling check-in/out through the RD system
  • Responding to emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and PADI Travel
  • Managing and growing our CRM database
  • Following up with guests and upselling dives, courses, and shop swag
  • Scheduling fun dives, courses, and cruise transports
  • Updating the daily schedule and confirming bookings
  • Sending thank-you emails and greeting/departing dive boats
  • Participating in night dive office rotation
  • Supporting the team wherever needed

📌 What We’re Looking For:

  • PADI Divemaster or Instructor (a big plus!)
  • 2+ years experience in sales and customer service
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a bonus!)
  • Confident communicator and strong in both writing and speaking
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software
  • Positive, proactive, organized, and a true team player

  • Work hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
