Job Description

Location: St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands
Company: Cane Bay Dive Shop

Cane Bay Dive Shop is seeking a qualified USCG Captain and Scuba Instructor to join our professional dive team in St. Croix. We are a well-established operation with over 35 years of experience, offering recreational diving, snorkel trips, and full scuba training from Discover Scuba through professional levels.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Captaining dive and snorkel boats

  • Teaching scuba courses and guiding certified divers

  • Maintaining high safety and service standards

  • Supporting daily dive shop operations

Requirements:

  • Current USCG Captain’s License

  • Active Scuba Instructor certification (PADI or equivalent)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
