Euro-Divers Vilamendhoo is recruiting an experienced, motivated, and independent Water Sports Guide to manage our Water Sports Centre.

As Vilamendhoo is a resort known for its House Reef and attracts many guests for diving and snorkeling, actively promoting our activities and engaging with guests is an important part of this position.

This position is open to Maldivian nationals only.

You are:

• Experienced in water sports and hospitality
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for the daily operation
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident with guests
• Fluent in English with good verbal communication skills
• Proactive, flexible, and service-minded
• Confident in promoting and selling water sports and marine activities
• Comfortable approaching guests and creating sales opportunities
• Previous resort experience is an advantage
• Diving experience or Divemaster certification is an advantage
• VDWS or other relevant water sports qualifications are an advantage

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the Water Sports Centre independently
• Welcome and assist guests and provide information about our activities
• Promote and sell water sports activities, diving, night snorkeling, and other services offered by Euro-Divers
• Handle guest bookings and activity arrangements
• Guide night snorkeling activities
• Support the Dive Centre team with daily operational tasks
• Carry out other duties as required by the operation
