Job Description

🌊 We’re Hiring: PADI Instructor – Dive Center Manager 🌊

Bastianos Dive Resorts is looking for an experienced European PADI Instructor (German-speaking) to join our team as Dive Center Manager at our operation on Bunaken Island, North Sulawesi.

Position: Full-time
Contract: 1-year contract with the possibility to extend for subsequent years
Start Date: Early February 2026

Key Requirements:

  • Active PADI Instructor

  • European nationality preferred

  • Fluent German speaker (English required; additional languages an advantage)

  • Previous experience in dive center management preferred

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills

  • Ability to manage daily dive operations, staff, and overall dive center performance

  • High commitment to safety standards and service excellence

  • Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment
