Explorer Ventures Liveaboard Fleet is seeking an experienced operations professional to join its Caribbean Operations team.

With nearly four decades in the industry, Explorer Ventures Fleet markets diverse liveaboard itineraries across the Galápagos, Maldives, Indonesia, the Red Sea, Palau, Turks & Caicos, and the Caribbean.

The Explorer Ventures team collectively brings together more than a century of liveaboard experience, with many team members having spent over a decade with the company. This depth of expertise supports a collaborative operational culture rooted in safety, guest experience, and sustainable practices.

This full-time position is primarily remote, operating on North American business hours, and requires substantial travel to the Caribbean.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid 200-ton Captain’s license with current STCW certification and professional-level diving credentials (Divemaster or higher). Extensive experience with large-vessel maintenance and repair, including refit planning, is essential.

Candidates must be fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, and bring a strong background in management and customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and the capacity to learn quickly while managing multiple priorities effectively.
