Scuba Junkie Sipadan is looking for an experienced Dive Center Manager to join our team on Mabul Island, Malaysia.

This is a hands-on management role within a busy, long-established dive operation. The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day running of the dive center, including operations planning, staff coordination, guest support, logistics, scheduling, administration, and problem-solving.

We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, calm under pressure, and confident leading a diverse team in a remote island environment. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain high operational standards while contributing to a friendly and supportive team atmosphere.

Key requirements

Applicants should be:

• a certified PADI Professional
• experienced in dive operations and team leadership
• confident managing both local and international staff
• organized and capable with logistics, scheduling, and administration
• comfortable using Google Workspace tools
• calm under pressure and solutions-focused
• approachable, proactive, and able to lead by example
