DIVE PROGRAM MANAGER IN BEAUTIFUL ST. JOHN USVI

Low Key Watersports has been offering diving charters, scuba instruction, and retail in St. John, USVI for over 30 years — and we’re still growing. Our sister company, Ocean Runner Powerboat Rentals, expands what we offer on the water. We are looking for an experienced PADI dive professional with a strong background in small team management to join us as our Dive Program Manager. If you’re a natural leader who thrives on building great teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and getting in the water regularly — this is the role for you.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay range: $28–$33/hour, commensurate with experience
• Signing bonus offered
• Eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses
• Some weekends and holidays required (we operate 365 days a year)

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Leading and inspiring a team of dive instructors and boat captains
• Building a positive team culture — managing interpersonal dynamics, morale, and communication
• Creating and managing schedules for instructors and captains based on bookings and PADI ratios
• Owning the guest dive experience end-to-end, from arrival through post-dive
• Diving with, guiding, and instructing guests at least twice per week
• Overseeing compressor room coordination, organization, and compliance
• Serving as the primary liaison with PADI
• Developing and expanding continuing education programs for guests and staff

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• PADI dive professional with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Proven small-team management experience — you’ve hired, scheduled, motivated, and developed people
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers and modern scheduling/operations technology
