🌍 Overview

Join Gozo Azul Diving in Ponta do Ouro for a unique Divemaster Conservation Internship. This hands-on program combines professional PADI training with real-world marine conservation in a National Marine Protected Area.

Over 2–3 months, you’ll dive daily, earn respected certifications, and contribute to active marine protection efforts.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Assist dive instructors and support student divers
• Join coral reef and nudibranch biodiversity surveys
• Participate in underwater cleanups and marine debris reporting
• Support a long-term microplastics research project
• Work in the Ponta do Ouro Partial Marine Reserve

🎓 Certifications Included

• PADI Divemaster

• PADI Dive Against Debris
• PADI AWARE Specialty
• PADI Nudibranch Research Diver

Optional: Continue on to the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) at Gozo Azul (additional cost).

🎯 Entry Requirements

• No previous dive certifications required
• Must be 18+ and comfortable in the ocean
• Basic fitness and swimming ability
• All prerequisite dive courses (Open Water to Rescue + EFR) can be added (extra cost)
